Poor Service Delivery in Spinning Classes

Dear Virgin I am a member of Steenberg Tokai. This morning we attended another empty, boring spinning class where the music did not work! It is the week of the Argus, you have a 90min Class on offer and 4 people are in it? Our mountains are burning, the roads are chaotic and you have no one supporting your classes. Does this not alarm you? Then the music does not work? Many of us have mad suggestions, complained ect and you keep telling us you are doing something? The manager this morning informed me yet again this morning 'they are looking in to it\. This is not good enough. I have been spinning at this gym since the week it opened and in the last 12 months the classes have deteriorated and are practically non existent. You must have the biggest cycling community surrounding this gym
