Poor service delivery

I joined Virgin active on 14-02-2021. The promotion then was a R400 Adidas voucher upon subscription. I have followed up on my voucher which is worth so much less than it was almost 2 years ago on numerous occasions. I was cognizant of the pandemic and the interruptions caused by the global pandemic. I spoke to Grant Ma***wane who said the matter has been referred to head office and he would provide feedback. I followed up again, this time with Floyd Mohale with no response. This is poor service delivery.
