Poor service, de*****ing

Iv recently rejoined virgin active at krugersdorp club. Yesterday I got a call from the consulted I joined under asking me about the person who is my next of kin. I explained that she’s my mother and he tells me that she owes Virgin active, I asked him what does that have to do with me as she’s my next of kin they say it’s linked to my name as she had joined under me in 2012. Membership iv never had in that year I was even a student in that era. This morning I tried to login on my app and my membership has been placed on hold because my mother owes them.
