Poor service

I have been trying to cancel my membership for the passed two months, head office phones dont go through, the centurion club doesn’t have cancellation form i mean ????? How!!!!!! Their system has been off since April !!! I just want to cancel and i doubt i would ever go back to Virgin active after this! Poor service , no one has answers for anything!
