Poor service

Hii As i was looking to join a gym to get in shape I was contacting virgin active . The sales person that helped me didnt care , he ignored me and had a really dont care attitude. I asked can i be directed to another sales person , ignored again . This makes me believe that virgin active doesnt care about people like they would lead on .

As this was from head office directly .
