Poor Service at Virgin Active in Glenvista

There is no sign of maintenance for any gym equipment and on the gym infrastructure. The are several machines that are not functioning at any point in time. This also includes constant low water temperatures in the steam rooms and showers. The sauna is also not functioning correctly. The gym in its entirety always needs maintenance/replacement of cracked windows and doors, uneven floors, broken machines, swimming pool leaks, unfriendly staff, etc... All these issues are persistent and take forever to resolve.

Please take special attention in resolving these issues at the Virgin Active in Glenvista. I trust that these issues will be addressed timeously and swiftly.
