Poor service at Virgin Active Bellair and Northgate

To whoe it may concern

I have been having alot of difficulty regarding the service and staff at VIrginActive Bellair and Northgate. Everytime ive beenn to either gyms the service of your your Fitness Instructors and personal trainers have been shocking. First of all they always sitting on there phones not asisting any members with any help. They dont have correct unifroms on and the weight sections are always untidy.

At Northgate theere is never a fitness instructor on the floor weights are lying all over and staff are unfriensdly. Personal Trainers just sit and watch their clients or sitting on their phones not assisting clients. I have never seen such bad quality of service ever.

I am very upset with the service and way things have been going at these two clubs. This is why people change to other gyms due to unprofesional staff and management.

The only good thing is the classes that get run with alot of effort and almost no problems. Please correct these problems.
