Poor service and useless app

So this company introduced an app which is not working. I called in about 10 times complaining about one thing. They would manually load the rewards but only to find out that they invalid.

But dedicating money form my account they don’t miss it even on a Sunday. The customer service lies every time I call in.

Poor service and I don’t recommend any one to join this gym.
