Poor Service and Poor Management

When I first joined up at the gym, I had the impression that I would be given a collection gym bag. I asked them at the beginning and they said that they were out of stock and I would be given one as soon as they had stock. Fast forward three months, they said I was offered a promotion to not pay for the first three months (R4.5k) in which I said I’d pay them that for the bag. The manager came out and told me that they couldn’t do that. I’d love to know in what world a manager wouldn’t take R4.5k for a bag, it isn’t even a high end brand. I am a collection member and I expect to be treated like one. I hope this review goes out to all members or potential members just to tell you how you get treated.
