POOR SERVICE AND ANGER AT VIGIN ACTIVE HEAD OFFICE AFRICA

I joined the gym in November 2021 and I was told January is free I have to pay once on the 1st of December 2021 , to my surprise the debit order went on the 1 February 2022 I called head office , the stuff are not professional she drop the call while I was talking to her on the line and we didn’t reach any agreement

Can anyone dealing with complains assist in this matter I am left in the limbo the lady sound angry on the phone
