Poor Service

Virgin are the worst company when it comes to ethics. Trying to cancel a monthly contract and besides the operators ethics you need to send a request to sign up to new contract because if you ask to cancel as your request they never make contact. Im disgusted they uncontactable and the customer service one receives when asking to cancel a membership is nothing short of well below par. When you sign up you advised over the phone you can cancel with 1 months notice but when you try its always an excuse and you have a 12 month contract. You are the worst company in SA to deal with and that saying a tremendous amount. I will play by your game and you will not receive any good review from m moving froward. Absolutely disgusted in Virgin.
