Poor service

I am so disappointed in virgin active cresta...after working so hard to get to my 26wks streak for a limited edition bag which I didn't get by the way because they decided to change to a mere wrap. Yet I received an email from virgin active the bags are available until Dec. How is it different with the cresta branch?
