Poor service

I waited for 14 minutes to speak to a consultant, ridiculous. In December 2024 I changed clubs for the holidays and only had to pay R60 for the change. All of a sudden from beginning of February 2025 it cost R270. How pathetic. No wonder so many people are going elsewhere
