Poor service

I froze my account as per email that was dispatched, than after I called in several times to unfreeze it,number does not go throug, finally went it does the lady says she will unfreeze the account,and she did not now I'm being denied access to the gym after a while week of going up and down for the same issue. Why do they offer a product than when you follow procedures you must run up and down.
