Poor service

Virgin active victory park is overcrowded leading to queues for equipment and they keep signing people up. Virgin active doesn’t answer mails and doesn’t do anything when issues arise. I was verbally threatened in front of staff by another member and they have done nothing to address the situation. I was waiting for a machine and the lady felt I was harassing her. The gym is incredibly busy and if you don’t wait you can’t get a machine. I was issued a warning letter when her husband verbally threatened me by saying he was going to shoot me. The manager David and virgin active head office then don’t answer any mails regarding the issue. Biased company with a monopoly and no customer care or service. Rather disappointing service.
