Poor service

<p>last week saterday the virgin active red at brackenfell had problems with there water supply, I completed my session but was amazed by their poor service... No water supply and they didn't even bother to inform there members via sms or email...pathetic I tell you, this past saterday their water issues were resolved..., having drank from the water, the next day I find myself at cape gate hospital feeling sick... Diaharea, fever etc... When checking the news I saw the water on brackenfell is contaminated... Done more research and found out that brackenfell residents received a notice from the council informing them bout the issue....my question is how could the staff at brackenfell just allow its members to drink contaminated water,.. Now I'm expecting a bill of ********** rands, only because of virgin actives reds poor service..,common raise the bar or I will switch gyms.</p>
