Poor service

<p>I have beenjoyed attending gym at virgin active club in nelspruit . The club is unprofessional, the instructors do not come and they cancel classes which are on the schedule they do not make means to replace the instructor. They do not info the members before time. You only hear that the instructor is not there when you are there. I am paying a lot of money monthly to get such services. </p>
