Poor Service

*** - last year September I emailed a POP on premium that was not paid for that month, up to this day that has not been updated, at the sometime I am receiving threatening calls and emails that my member ship with be stopped.

I am tired of calling and complaining everyday, while Chris Rolfe CEO is probably enjoying going to the gym with his friend Roy Andersen. Your customer service guys is zero nil appalling to say the least, can I have this sorted by close of business tomorrow.
