Poor service!
Virgin Active in Germiston has *********** staff!Between the gym and discovery there is no communication whatsoever!Discovery maintained that I dont need to pay a joining fee since I moved away from Multiply to Vitality. The gym wants me to pay a joining fee of over R1000 again!There is no way in hell im paying this.Im phoning both headoffices tomorrow as I wont stand for such incompetency!I have been a member for over 6 years there,maybe time to move!This better get resolved or I will log a complaint by the ombud against the Gym and Discovery!
