Poor Service

Virgin active does not give a rats ass about ensuring there clients , all they worried about is money money money , nothing else but making sure they milk there clients . Every year there is an annual increase NO one is allowed to complain , When you join with Vitality a ridiculous amount is charged , your gyms are overcrowded and to top it all our cars get broken into because of NO parking space yet you guys are making millions but cannot ensure members are safe at your clubs. My husband and i have been members for many years we have now decided to downgrade from National membership now we being told to pay 200.00 per person to downgrade what a load of ******* is that . When your clubs aircon is not working or power is off do you charge us less on our monthly fee for the inconvenience HELL NO , Why are we always paying for everything but your service is so poor.
