Poor Service ☹️

Poor service from Virgin Active gyms, no power in one area and virgin active in another area wants an existing member to pay an entrance fee in order to use the facility. Disappointed ☹️. Members should be free to use other gyms without any additional costs. Poor service. Seems like it’s all about the money to Virgin active.
