Poor service

I went to virgin active in Benoni and I was told I could use the gym facilities because I was there with my 5 year old. We normally go there he plays on the computers and it has never been a problem. Today I'm told I can't use the facilities I need to come to the to sit down with my son,what's the point of paying for gym if you can't use it . I'm very unhappy with service. Maybe I should try Planet fitness they accommodate families.
