Poor service

Jo Upton if you are not aware, kindly do something about the steam room. It always seem to be tripping and I noticed it strangely happen when the gym is quite and Sunday evening and when there are only certain managers on duty. It's strange how everything seem to be in order when Jason is on duty and what a wonderful manger and its a pleasure to be at gym when he is on duty. Tonight from about 9:30 pm the steam room was off. We asked the cleaner to get the manager on duty, she came back and told us he is busy. Then at 21:45 a team member shouts from upstairs, we switch off at 21:45, why don't member get told that rules have changed and why don't you put a sign say steam room closes at 21:45. Is this your service as a classic gym. The service and attitude is really get poor for a classic gym
