POOR SERVICE!!!!

Virgin Active Atrium Mall in Durban has pathetic service. Since signing up in May I have had endless problems. The managers Cindy and Thabiso don't ever call back. The staff do not know what is happening even with an App, they transfer the call from person to person without even explaining the issue the next person. Cindy screams on the phone instead of listening to the problem. I am very unhappy with gym and suggest that people sign up with a different Virgin Active. Extremely poor service!!!!! I will never recommend anyone to join the Atrium and I would like to change my Gym.
