POOR QUALITY OF SOUND SYSTEM AND AIRCON

I would like to commend the instructor (Mike) for the kick class on Wednesday, 6am class, at Virgin Active Sunnyside how he conducts the class and the energy he puts into ensuring that his class is enjoyable not boring. However, for months now, the sound system has been putting us down. Now and again during class, the system cuts off and we have to cool off and wait until he sorts it out. This also happens on Monday 06am kick class. Also, the studio is very hot as the air conditioner is not working.
