Poor poor service

Hi I renewed my membership with virgin active a week ago at danfern square with John one of the consultants good service,last week opposite green stone mall there's a virgin active I went there to work out in the evening,they stuff broke in my locker stole my money and my credit card,the service after the issue very very very poor for virgin active brand I will never go back there I'm thinking of cancell my contract
