Poor Manager

I do not want to associate with a company that does not value its Staff members. Virgin Active Greenstone's manager (CGM) is horrible. Disgusting to describe the least. When your staff is always disgruntled and unfriendly in a place that should be very welcoming and fun, then its clear to me its the management that is airing such bull****. Virgin Active South Africa do something because its clear Management needs to change or go for man Management training.

It seems anyone can be a manager with no HR or Labour Law background. I've cancelled my membership due to such obscene things I've witnessed. We cannot have Managers running the show with an iron fist with zero ragards to the livleihoods of others. Bunch of useless managers you guys have.
