Poor Management

In the month of September I had a racial remark directed to me in the virgin active gym krugersdorp.A enquiry was lodged by the gym into the matter.When I met the Club Manager she was so rude and attacked me verbally by putting me in a sort of cross questioning position.It could be clearly seen that she favours the other party's explanation.I mean I am still a client and is the way a client should be treated by being rude to him and attacking him verbally and being so arrogant.Upon the conclusion of the gym my membership was revoked.I just want to inform other members never trust the management at the gym they seriously need to treat client's in a more professional way and be in a neutral state when making decisions on an incident not taking the other party's side.
