Poor maintenance Tygervalley Virgin Active. Financial issues?

Hi,

I'm a member at Tygervalley for about a year now. From the start, the cycles did not work properly. I, as well as my class notified instructors multiple times.

Although irritating and unprofessional, by jumping between cycles you could eventually start your class.

This week however, I had to miss my class, that I paid for as all cycles were broken. They had the same issue that you were notified about for a year.

So now you are costing me money. What do you need to fix your equipment? Do you have financial issues?
