Poor customer service - Membership randomly cancelled, can’t reinstate

Facilities are good, but customer service is horrible to non-existent. Our membership was cancelled without us asking and we have called them about a hundred times to reinstate the membership under the 60-day rule. Not that it should be necessary since we didn’t ask for the cancellation, but we get flat out ignored. The staff at the gym don’t seem to be able to assist either. We get promised calls back, which never happen, or asked to send emails, which remain unanswered.
