Poor customer service from a team leader

I have a issue with my membership and i have been talking to the customer care team leader by the name of Blanche Marman. She does not respond to e-mails nor calls. It is so hard to actually get through to that team leader.Instead of listening to the nature of the problem, the woman will go on and argue without getting her facts together. I have trying to get hold of her the whole afternoon yesterday and to no avail.Left numerous messages but still no respond. I ran out of options
