Poor customer service Amy Demons

So I sent an email to someone by the name of Amy Damons regarding very important information about my membership , she deliberately ignores my emails and I know she sees them, two weeks ago I was told my account is in arrears which is not true cause the account was paid off.

Their /her service is very poor and she never responds to emails
