Poor customer service

I have been trying endlessly to reach out to virgin active customer care both telephonically and on mail to no success with the exception of today and even so the agent disconnected the call and never bother to call me back. The information that I require will have an impact on my account and my discount with Vitality but virgin active is not interested.
