poor Customer Service!!!!!

Your staff members are the worst.I have been protesting and complaining to Virgin Active about my membership, and as of today, I've been told that there is only one person who can fix it.That person is ill and incapable of doing.No one else can help me as Virgin Active is such a large organization.Virgin Active has seriously let me down.
