POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Being a member at VA Wonderpark it's a pain in the A.. right now. My account was ok all along until there was a special when you bring a member and they join apparently you get some discount on your account the following month. So the person that joined brought another member and she also join and i was told by Siseko (the consultant) that for month of July i'm getting 50% off my membership which was cool. That's when the whole problem started. Instead of getting the discount that was promised me it was like now I owe the gym the amount that was supposed to be my 50% off. Then I was everyday when I go to gym that I have an outstanding on my account. Then I later called Accounts to fix it and it was not fixed. Then for month of september decided that am gonna miss the payment so that they call me to fix the other amount that they say it's outstanding. Then as expected I got a call to remind me to pay I told the lady that I am aware that I missed payment I needed to talk to you so that you fix the other outstanding. She said ok we will fix it and she said me the link via my phone and we made payment using my daughters account to pay. No my daughter is also in arrears and i'm blocked. And we paid for both of us. Now we are both in arrears but she's not blocked BUT I am. Fix my account and update your systems.

PLEASE FIX THIS OR CONSIDER THIS A CANCELLATION!
