Poor customer service

I usually gym in the evenings and the staff is great. However today I went to the gym during the morning. I needed assistance, a particular staff member was sarcastic, unfriendly, rude and unwilling to help. On top of that, he was helping 2 others whilst helping me. Another staff member was staring and not assisting. This is unacceptable.
