Poor customer service

Totally useless call center agents, cannot ever speak to a team leader or manager or supervisor. The call center agent cut the call, then you have to call 3 or 4 times, each time giving all your personal details again. The call center agents are *********** but arrogant. The will not allow you to speak to a team leader or manager, the bucks stops with them. They are poorly trained, have no manners. If you trying to cancel or talk about your membership, they will give you the run around. Still waiting for the many messages I left for the manager to call me
