Poor customer service

They hand over me last year to this pple and said they cldnt find me by tht time my account stands on R1799 they called me n i said i want be able to pay it coz my salary was cut with R1000 late in that year we agree on tht i cn pay off R100 by tht time my account stands almost to R4000 i went to my bank n i do a stop order so it go off on the 28th of a month but still they harresing me n wants the customer to do they work n email every single payment they pple who works there is very lazy i ask them to talk with virgin active for me so we can agree on if i settle the account by tht amount i cn renewal my crontract n i ask they must gives me a free bag like give to all the other customers
