Poor customer service

<p>I have been an active member for virgin active Tramshed for many years but the service is so terrrible. The ladies facilities(toilets) the SHE bins are over flowing leaving the toilets smelly. There are only three toilets in the changing rooms which only two are funtional. </p> <p>The lockers, some can lock and some dont. There was a time where we were told that there was maintenence done. Shower heads were the only ones changed. During peak hours the line to take a shower are ridiculous. The steam room is sometimes working if it does work, you have to ask for the disinfected which you wait for for more than 10 min.</p> <p>Should it rain, oh gosh the smell of the carpet on the site of weights, oh and the roof leaks. The aicons in the classes sometimes works and if they dont. Oh gosh the whole class is a nightmare becuase the floor is slippery.</p> <p> </p> <p>In short Virgin Active Tramshed's standard has gone down.
