Poor Communication at Littlefalls Virgin active red

Been going to the Littlefalls Virgin active Red for about a year now. I was introduced to the Grid class which I thought was a marvelous idea from Virgin active Red. I noticed the difference in my health with the class attendance. The trainer has been very hard on us and this I enjoyed. I always looked forward to the class as hard as it was. Yesterday 10.10.2016 at 19h15 the class was good but the volume to the music that we were used to was lowered. One of the ladies went to enquire with the manager and she came back with a disappointed face. I went to enquire. This is when I asked for the manager to find out why the difference in the music volume. I was told that the music was too loud and that some of the patrons in my class were complaining. This I find was not communicated well to me. I have been coming to the gym with the same volume in the music and never any complaints. Is there a standard with all the Virgin active Red's that the sound volume for the Grid class will be "X" decibels? I find that the communication from the manager was very poor to me as a patron of Virgin Active Red. She is ****ing my spirit for the Grid class. Please assist and find an amicable way of addressing this situation and restore my faith in Grid Class.

Thank you for taking my call today.

On behalf of Virgin Active please accept my apology for the experience. As discussed we definitely have operation standards in place for the music volume.

Your feedback will be sent to the club manager to address as well.

Kind regards
