POOR client service from Virgin Active, Watermeyerstr Val de Grace Pretoria

I've app**** for membership for me and my son at the end of Jan 2022. The consultant told me that I have 2 months for free in terms of membership fees. As from then, (the 2 months free included) every now and then, during the month, there are deductions from my account. Then R900, then R600 etc. And of course is the bank costs my responsibility. I was TWICE at the Watermeyer street, Val de Grace, Pretoria branch to sort this issue and everytime it's a promise that someone will phone me and that it will be sorted out. From their side it's breach of agreements - with regards to the deductions as well as no client service. I just get NO response, client service, joy from their side. Pathetic!!
