Poor Client Service at VA Eco Park

Received despicable service from both club managers Zanele and Mathapelo after I left my belongings at the gym, phoned to identify the bag from Lost and Found and after giving a detailed description of the fabric colour, zip colour AND was able to describe/identify the items in the bag, they refused to assist me with their rude response: We cannot tell you if it's here, it's against club policy.

That is unreasonable and unacceptable!!! I needed to know the information in order to act by rushing back to the gym to search the lockers or safely claim my items from Lost and Found. I have previously had my locker broken into at this gym and items ****** before.
