Point-blank Obstruction

I am writing this following an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience with your call center. Since my attempt to resolve this via phone was met with point-blank obstruction, I am formalizing my demand in writing.

I am hereby cancelling the membership contract for my daughter, effective immediately.

Please take note of the following legal and administrative facts regarding this account:

Contracting Party: This contract is held in my name, and I am the sole party responsible for the payments.

Legal Capacity: At the inception of this agreement, the beneficiary (my daughter) was 14 years old and lacked the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. As the primary account holder and the person who executed the agreement, the authority to terminate resides with me.

Third-Party Claims: Your representative’s claim that I cannot cancel this because she is now an adult is legally flawed. There is no privity of contract between your company and my daughter; the contractual obligation exists solely between your company and myself.
