Please Virgin Active take action with MBD - Call clients that don't pay not clients that are paying

Good day Virgin Active

Please let the company that you are using update their client profiles. The constant harassment via "private calls" and sms is really getting out of hand. I have told them numerous times to update their system, I even sent them an email now. At the end of the day I am a paying client does not matter the amount. Let them take time and trace clients that are NOT paying and stop harassing clients that are paying! Please take action on this!
