Virgin Active SA Virgin Active is the worst place I have ever engaged with. Their customer service is terrible, they are very eager to sign people up, even had me sign on behalf of my husband. Phoned a month ago to cancel as my husband lost his job, yes he doesn't have an income for over 3 months now, but their consultant only canceled my contract, never asked or advised to speak to my husband. Because according to their consultants I only cancelled mine. So why would I only cancel my contract when my husband doesn't have a job???????????????? They are *****ing food out of our child's mouths by taking another month worth of premiums. Also you a running a *****ulent organization making me sign on behalf of my husband as if he was there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
