Please manage the sound system

Since I am a member at the Honeydew Virgin Active Club (probably around 2 years) I have been asking that the volume at The Grid area of the sound system be reduced. There are twice the number of speakers installed in that area and no matter where you stand in the club you can hear the sound from The Grid area. When you try to use the facilities at The Grid the sound is deafening and this volume of sound must be way past the tolerable and healthy levels. On many an occasion when I ask for the volume to be reduced the volume is actually turned up. I choose to believe that the sound system is either defective or the staff needs training to set the system correctly. May I please request that this be attended too.
