Please dont pay virgin active gym with eft. They are not able to find your payment. And you loose time in the gym

My son joined the gym in december 2023. The debit order didnt go off on the 28th of january 2024. So he did an eft into virgin active fnb account. Used his access card no as reference. So when he wanted to gym he was told he didnt pay. Even while he had the proof of payment on his phone. The reception said they would have to investigate. And that they would let him know when its resolved He loves gyming so now he has missed a whole week of gyming. And the issue isnt resolved yet. Cant be that difficult to track A payment. He paid for this last week but he couldnt gym. So its not fair.
