Please assist

May you guys please assist me. I joined I realised I will not be really able to use my membership. I tried to just let the payment go unpaid but after speaking to the call centre agent realised this is not possible. I am willing to continue payment on the membership but asked if my husband can go to the gym instead of me. I called to explain that the only difference in this membership will be the first name of the person going to the gym. The only person who attempted to assist was a call centre agent who offered to freeze the membership and charge me half for 4 months. The only other option is to cancel the membership and pay R2400.00. Guys please assist your members.
