Placing doubt upon a loyal paying member approaching his contract renewal.

On the Eve of 6th December, I went to my gym club of which I'm an (off peak member). I turn up about an hour during peak time. to my surprise the inexperienced and prematurely selected manager on duty denied me access after I've explained to her that I had a rough day and therefore could not make it in time. with no avail, I resorted to offering to pay the R300 for a, (guest pass), even than she refused. admittingly my tone changed after she let in a non-paying guest for free while we were conversing.
