In May 2017 Virgin Active messed up my account, after sending them bank statements, being banned from the gym, fighting with call centre people , my info not being sent to relevant dept, people not reading email, all was eventually sorted - OR SO I THOUGHT! !!!! since January 2018, I have had **** at the gym,again, being banned, embarassed, shouted at...the list goes on. First dealing with micaela , she didn't read my statements , then Kouthar who has done nothing but lie to me, argue with me, fight with me, ignore me etc etc......virgin active did not debit my account in February and again in March. Kouthar told me that it will be debited on the 15th Feb, nothing happened - she then **** to me and said she said no suxh thing, after I had to resend the email she sent saying that. Heard nothing from them since then and when I emailed her again, today - I got told March didn't go off because I told the bank not to debit thwm!!!!I am fuming and havnt used my membership since January. .....I want someone superior to sort this out today!!!
